Now, we’re looking for a Partnership Officer. As a Partnership Officer, you are toexecute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, such as corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Negotiate and close partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with corporate clients and other potential customers.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop effective strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

- Bachelorโs Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, brand partnerships, field marketing, or community engagement.
- Demonstrated experience conducting on-ground field activities, activation events, and face-to-face engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact, communicate, and build rapport with bikers / rider partners and field operational teams.
