As an Industry Lead on the Enterprise Sales Team in our Munich Office, youโll play a vital role in driving commercial growth and scaling enterprise partnerships across the DACH region. You will take full ownership of acquiring new enterprise clients and strategic key accounts, positioning Taboola as their leading performance advertising partner. By managing the end-to-end sales cycle and building deep, long-term relationships with CMOs and key marketing decision-makers, you will unlock new revenue opportunities and directly expand our market footprint.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ideally within AdTech, media sales, performance marketing, or enterprise business development.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- A strong “hunter” mindset paired with excellent commercial negotiation and closing skills.
- Extensive experience building and managing robust enterprise sales pipelines and independently driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) to successfully engage stakeholders across the DACH region.
Bonus points if you have:
- An established network of relevant brands, digital marketing decision-makers, and agency partners across the DACH region.
- A strong, technical understanding of data-driven performance marketing solutions and the programmatic digital advertising ecosystem.
How youโll make an impact:
- Take ownership of revenue targets and drive commercial growth within your assigned industry vertical.
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients and strategic key accounts across the DACH region.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and high-impact pitching to commercial negotiations, closing, and handoff.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline with a clear focus on high-yield, new business acquisition.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and senior client-side decision-makers.
- Develop compelling vertical-specific sales strategies, business cases, and tailored performance advertising solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and international teams to ensure client success and represent Taboola at key industry events.
