Project Manager -Digital Marketing
Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to coordinate lead generation marketing for a legal client, from paid media on Google and Meta to the systems that route leads to the Call Center and CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent campaigns and projects (60%)
- Coordinate Intake, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Management to keep work aligned and on-brand
- Run status meetings, document workflows, and flag risks and bottlenecks early
- Oversee rollout of new tools, integrations, and lead-routing workflows into the CRM
- Partner with media buyers on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; track and report on performance with clear recommendations (30%)
- Review campaign, social, and email copy for clarity and compliance
- Prepare concise updates for leadership (10%)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project or program management in digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation, preferably in services or agency settings
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads and how they drive lead volume and quality
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort using data to guide decisions
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations (Zapier, Law Ruler, Salesforce)
- Background or interest in the legal industry
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
