About the Role
As a Content Publisher you will distribute content across multiple CMS platforms. Our team handles a variety of digital content formats, including social media posts and sequences, emails and sequences, articles, automated campaigns, videos, and more. You will report to our Content Project Manager and work closely with other Creative Ops members, researchers and SMEs, and sometimes a larger team of copywriters and designers - this is not a writer or designer role. You will also drive content through our translation workflow from start to finish (including Spanish and French Canadian), with guidance from the Content Project Manager on priorities and decisions. We are an AI-first team, and you will use tools like Notion and Claude in your day-to-day work.
Compensation This position offers $21.63 per hr.
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
- Deploy content across multiple networks with care and attention to detail, including on weekends
- Troubleshoot and resolve publishing-related issues
- Support the translation workflow by coordinating, checking, and delivering translated content
- Collaborate on the publishing schedule
- Communicate with our immediate team to help reduce stress
- Maintain access to a private and secure workspace, free from distractions
- Be available during your assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by your supervisor
- Maintain an internet connection with speeds of at least 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up
Skills and Qualifications
- A history of getting along well with others in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with coordinating or administering digital content
- Fastidious level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate your processes to teammates
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new platforms and software
- Strong interest in, or experience working in, an AI-enabled environment
- Experience with Notion or Claude
