WHAT IS AFTERSALES & OWNERSHIP
Aftersales & Ownership: We shape endโtoโend experiences that support customers throughout their ownership journey. Our scope spans key Aftersales domains such as Service, Accident Management, and Parts Trading. As part of Aftersales & Ownership, youโll collaborate within the globalย MB.io tribe in a trustโbased, empowered setup. You are encouraged to take ownership, contribute your ideas, and directly influence product outcomes, working in an environment where responsibility, teamwork, and impact go hand in hand.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Become a member of our cross-functional product and data team and provide the team with analytics data
Take an active part in plannings, sprints, reviews and retros of the product teams
Understand business goals and convert them into data collection requirements
Create implementation concepts and technical analytics specifications
Implement the tracking through the tag manager required for accurate data collection
Be in close alignment with your future data peers to jointly optimize analytics
Make data more reliable & understandable so products can adapt quickly to customer needs and requirements
Requirements
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Completion of studies, ideally with a focus on business, informatics, information technologies, digital marketing or media management
Knowledge of data & analytics toolchain such as Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, and Tag Managers (GTM, Launch, , etc.)
Skills in setting up tracking concepts, solution designs and implementation instructions
Technical tracking implementation skills to collect reliable data for web and mobile
You have experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
You have experience with repository versioning systems, such as Github
Competency in understanding business goals and converting them into data collection requirements
Stakeholder management experience from technical to business
Excellent communication skills in English
THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU
You have know-how in the area of customer journey optimization, funnel-/ conversion optimization and A/B testing
Experience Server Side Tag Management technologies, such as SGTM
Technical tracking implementation skills to collect reliable data for mobile
You show a hypothesis- and data-driven attitude
You have experience with technologies such as APIs, Python, Node.js and SQL
