[Work From Home] UX Researcher at Testlio – Apply Online

Hi there! We are Testlio, a global software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

About the Opportunity

Testlio is looking for people living in the United Kingdom who have experience sending money to India to take part in an upcoming usability study. We want to learn more about how people send money internationally today and gather feedback on a money transfer experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a moderated usability test. You’ll meet 1:1 with a Testlio UX Researcher at a scheduled time for a live remote video call, with your camera on and your device’s screen shared.

During the session, you will:

• Talk through how you currently send money from the UK to India, including the services and methods you typically use
• Make a real money transfer of about $20 USD using the application we’re testing
• Share your thoughts and feedback out loud as you go, including what feels clear or unclear, what you expect at each step, and your overall impressions

You are not being asked to find bugs. We want your honest reactions and opinions as you use the app.

Session Details

• Format: Live, moderated remote video call (camera on, screen sharing)
• Length: 60-80 minutes
• Device: iOS or Android mobile device
