[Work From Home] Account Executive at Jibble – Apply Online

Our Mission

To help businesses save time and money, and unleash their human potential. Our vision is to power and empower millions of businesses with our software.

About Jibble Group

We’re a scale-up in the Workforce Management space that has fully embraced remote work since 2017. Headquartered in London, UK, we have close to 80 staff in 16 different countries.

We launched PayrollPanda.my and Jibble.io in 2016 and 2017 respectively. PayrollPanda has become Malaysia’s leading cloud payroll software, and Jibble an award-winning time clock solution, each with thousands of paying customers.

About The Job

We’re growing our sales team and hiring a senior Account Executive to build coverage in the European market. This is a full-cycle sales role: you’ll prospect, run outbound campaigns, and close new business independently. What you will do:

• Own the full sales cycle independently: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, close
• Build your own outbound pipeline alongside handling inbound leads
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share what’s working and contribute to overall team performance
• Run sales calls that clearly communicate Jibble’s value, tailored to the prospect’s industry

Who we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a genuine full-cycle closing track record (not account management or lead-gen only)
• Strong live-call performance: clear communicator, sharp on real-time objection handling
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Based in Europe, or able to work European business hours effectively if remote
• Comfortable in a fully remote, distributed sales team
