Keller Executive Search is recruiting an E-Commerce Growth Manager for a client in the consumer commerce sector. This fully remote role will lead direct-to-consumer e-commerce growth, with a strong focus on Shopify performance, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and retention.

The successful candidate will take an analytical, commercial approach to the complete online customer journey. Working across marketing, creative, merchandising, operations, and technical functions, they will translate customer and performance data into initiatives that improve traffic quality, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce growth roadmap and translate commercial objectives into measurable initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, including merchandising, landing pages, promotions, integrations, and customer journeys.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, revenue, average order value, acquisition costs, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Develop and run structured conversion rate optimization and A/B testing programs.
• Partner with marketing teams to improve paid acquisition, organic, email, SMS, and lifecycle channel performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases, cross-selling, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, operations, and technical partners to deliver growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging e-commerce trends, platform capabilities, tools, and customer behavior.

Essential

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital growth, performance marketing, or a closely related commercial role.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing or optimizing a Shopify-based store.
• Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, experimentation, digital acquisition, merchandising, and retention.
• Ability to interpret web analytics, channel data, customer behavior, and commercial performance metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable enterprise e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, attribution, email marketing, customer relationship management, and personalization tools.
• Experience managing external agencies, developers, freelancers, or technology vendors.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce integrations, site performance, and user experience principles.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or Shopify Liquid.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Salary: $100,000-$140,000 base, annually in USD. The package includes no bonus or variable compensation.
• Permanent, full-time position.
