What You´ll Do:

• You will build and manage highly ambitious team of Ecommerce experts dedicated to the UK market.
• You will have an overview of the country and manage Marketing, Logistics, Operations, CS, etc.
• You will manage the P&L and steer growth.
• You will have a strategic view on the country and tailoring the strategy to ensure becoming the market leader.
• You will analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly.
• You will identify, build value case, analyses and reports regarding growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales.
• You will be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy.
• You will think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
• You will take ownership of new growth projects within the UK market.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Commercial roles ideally managing Ecommerce or Retail channels.
• You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner.
• You are fascinated by fast scalable business models.
• You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have an affinity for numbers, and communicate with a confident demeanor.
• You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel).
• You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist.
• You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team.
• You are curious and hungry to learn. You are relentless in pursuit of growth.
• You are fluent in English.
